About the Crafty Baker Studio

My name is Janine and I'm an avid baker and crafter. My love of crafts and baking has provided me with many joyous days. There isn't a day that goes by without me wanting to create something. However, I can't always give into the temptation because of life's other duties.

I'm a single mom to a wonderful daughter, Courtney, who is my main inspiration. She's not a crafter but an artist and spends her spare time drawing.

I've always wanted to start a blog but could not choose which craft I wanted to blog about. After a lot of thinking I decided, why not do both? A combination of baking a crafting sounded like the perfect match to me.
